The Special Containment Procedures Foundation is a government funded organization tasked with the secure containment and protection of anomalies (often referred to as SCPs). They employ highly trained armed guards where they partake in a 3 month intense training course at minimum, while more elite units such as MTF partake in a 6 month training course. They also employ researchers that are highly knowledgeable so that abilities not yet known about SCPs can be found out to ensure containment procedures are up to date. Most, if not all, tests use Class D personnel. Class Ds are usually inmates who have chosen to partake so that if they comply they can be pardoned for their offences. They are classed as disposable, meaning they are non important, however appropriate precautions are taken to ensure their safety.
